Thatch — Festival-closing insanity. The band dives headlong into breakneck speed Westville "Rockdale" jamming, Rick and Peter in particular chasing each other through a wild tension-filled chase. Trevor uses some deep synth pedals while Cotter propels the whole thing with insistent percussion hits. The evil eventually explodes back into the song proper, but a sly double-time shift on the drums leads to another dip into wild dissonance before coming home. Outstanding version.
